Summary: Room was clean, great breakfast buffet in the morning. The young man at the desk was super nice & helpful when we checked in. I loved the toiletries that were in the bathroom. Full size shampoo, conditioner, & body wash in the shower along with body lotion & hand wash by the sink. There was a small hair dryer for you to use and facial cleansing wipes. Hotel was clean. We attended an event at Talking Stick and walked over rather than drive. Great stay and the price was awesome!

Summary: This is my first time staying at Hampton Inn. (Scottsdale). I must say it was a really great place to stay. Hotel staff (Michelle) was professional and polite, and able to answer all of my questions. The room was very clean and very spacious...Loved It! Breakfast was very good and "hot"... Lots of variety! Plenty of various juices or water or coffee. and always clean. Plenty of tables for everyone to eat and relax... Not a single issue with anything...Lots of parking for guest.. The perfect place to stay in Scottsdale!

Summary: I paid for upgrade did not get it the first night. The second staff did not make me feel valued because i wanted what i paid for. They finally gave me the upgrade after showing proof multiple times. The upgrade room was not comfortable. Did not go back to the front just dealt with it. Will not return
